Lead Times, Shipping and Payment Terms
SimpleUnmanned, LLC is located just south of Dallas, Texas. Shipping anywhere in the United States is free, including to import/export brokers. We also ship anywhere in the world. Our platforms are compact and comparatively affordable to ship.
Lead Times
Due to the customizable nature of the products we offer, our platforms are built to order. Typical Lead Times are 7-20 days, depending on the equipment ordered. Please feel free to contact us anytime for an estimate on delivery time.
Typical International Shipping Rates & Methods
Please contact us for a specific quote to you location. We typically use USPS Global Express (3-5 day transit) for smaller items and DHL for larger items.

Payment Terms
Payment in full is due at shipping of your USV.
We know you have a choice when it comes to purchasing unmanned systems and sincerely appreciate your business! We want to make sure you’re successful with your platform and that it becomes a go-to piece of equipment of your operation by serving you well.
We include training which is primarily geared towards operation of the boat itself and covers basic operation, mission planning, battery charging, processing with reefmaster or hydromagic and questions you may have.
- For frac scanning systems, the training is all you'll need to go from zero to accurate knowledge of the volumes of frac pits and other bodies of water - though you should have basic understanding of how to use computers.
- For survey systems - you will need to have a prior understanding of surveying (ideally bathymetry) as well as the concepts of operation for differential GNSS systems.
- Any on-Site training is limited to a reasonable number of people for the day of training as well as online/phone support for a point of contact for 30 days. If additional people need to be trained at a later date, please contact us for details regarding additional training, onsite or virtual.

Warranty Service
We guarantee our products to be free from defects for a period of 90 days. During the warranty period, SimpleUnmanned, LLC may at its discretion ship replacement components, repair or replace the affected products. In the event a return for repair is required, shipping to SimpleUnmanned, LLC will be covered by the customer. After the repairs are completed, SimpleUnmanned, LLC will cover shipping to the customer.
Non-Warranty Service
SimpleUnmanned, LLC products are built to last and are very serviceable. We try to keep our products as universal as possible. We don't gouge on parts pricing. If you have issues with your SimpleUnmanned product, most of the time affordable components are available locally at Hobby Shops, Hardware Stores, on Amazon and similar. Just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to help source them and provide recommendations. In the event components are not available, we can provide needed components at a fair market price. In the event of more significant issues and/or damage, your SimpleUnmanned platform may be returned to us for repair. A full estimate will be provided prior to repair work.
